Attorney Anthony Overton Van Johnson is the managing attorney of VANJOHNSONLAW, P.C., and has personally represented clients in over forty (40) courts throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area (State and Federal).
Anthony obtained his Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) from Loyola University School of Law where he was selected “Moot Court”. He obtained his B.A. Degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University maintaining a 3.9 GPA in his major, in addition to receiving his A.S. Degree in Business Administration from Thomas Nelson University.
Anthony served in the United States Army as an Infantry Squad Leader with the 4th Infantry Division (4th ID), where he earned the Expert Infantryman’s Badge (EIB), in addition to graduating from “Combat Leader’s School” (Camp Red Devil). He also served as a member of the U.S. Army Mounted Color Guard and Drill Team. Prior to law school, he was employed in the nuclear industry as a Senior Health Physics Technician preventing personnel overexposure to radiation, supervising crews in high radiation/contamination and airborne radioactivity areas, personnel decontamination and disaster response.
His hobbies include: flying aircraft, scuba diving, professional music performance, writing, martial arts competition, horseback and target shooting.
